By the end of 2014, the Polish bus manufacturer Solaris has signed a contract for supplying seventy buses, low-floor Urbino 12, in Pitesti, a town near Bucharest, Romania. This is another important piece of information for Novatronic, whose cooperation with Solaris is more pronounced in recent years. Solaris buses, that will be manufactured for delivery in Pitesti to operator SC Publitrans 2000 SA under this contract, are low-floor buses, equipped with air-conditioning and LED daytime running lights. All vehicles will be equipped with “Novatronic” advanced passenger information system. Agreement between Solaris and city Pitesti provides that the delivery of seventy buses is to be completed by May 2015.
